The Intermountain Health Care Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior considering a career in the Health Care of Life Sciences at any post secondary education program. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to applicants who have not received any scholarships of equal or greater value, and who have demonstrated exemplary academic achievement, community involvement, and need.
Application forms are available in the Mountain Crest High School counseling office, the Sky View High School scholarship office, or at the Cache High office.
