Incentives for Excellence

The “Incentive for Excellence Grants” were established to directly enhance the instructional process for the benefit of students. For every dollar requested an equal match from a private source is required. Cache Education Foundation’s Board of Directors approve funding for projects that show a direct link to curriculum enhancement and provide long term classroom resources. These grants are split into two areas of emphasis: Instructional and Technology.

Instructional Incentive for Excellence Grants are awarded monthly from September through May for non-technology instructional aids in the amount of $2,000 or less for each qualifying applicant. This grant is available for Kindergarten through 12th Grade schools and classrooms. All applications must be submitted by the 1st day of the month (Sept – May) for consideration for that month’s award.

A Technology Incentive for Excellence Grant is awarded twice per school year for Kindergarten through 7th Grade schools or classrooms. Technology Incentives Grants are available for computers, projectors, digital cameras, scanners, smart boards, etc. in which the cost is $250 or greater. Grants will be accepted for $250 or greater with a maximum grant request being $2000 per school, and are due by November 1st and February 1st for consideration for the bi-annual awards.
