post a wish
Certified teachers in Cache County School District are invited to submit a “wish” for classroom books, equipment, or supplies. Wishes for personnel or capital improvements will not be accepted. A teacher may have up to two wishes posted at the same time. Wishes will be posted for a six month period.
A proposal should not be too expensive (we suggest less than $500), have a catchy title, and clearly describe benefits to students. Your description should be no longer than one page. Be sure to tell potential donors about your students.
Let parents, friends, and other acquaintances know that you have posted a wish at www.inspirethem.org and ask them to spread the news. . Donors will be pleased to know that 100% of their donation will be used to fund the wish or wishes of their choosing with the Foundation covering the expense involved with managing the Teacher Wish List program. In the event that the donor’s designated wish is not fully funded, Cache Education Foundation will re-allocate the contribution to another wish or contact donors personally to determine their wishes.
Teach your students about philanthropy and let them help you track donations as they come in. They may help secure funding for your wish as they discuss teacher wishes with their families.
Submitted grants will be reviewed by the Cache Education Foundation Executive Director before they are posted.
